Indian Cooking Recipe for Festivals: Thiruvadarai Kali

This recipe is prepared on Thiruvadarai

Ingredients:

 
Rice Flour - 2 cups
Jaggery(gur) - 1 cup
Coconut scraping - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon

Method :


Boil half cup of water with pinch of salt 
Mix rice flour,one tea spoon of arhar dal,jaggery powder,coconut scraping and cardamom powder 
Stir well to get uniformity and remove from fire 
Keep it in a plate and steam cook in a cooker for 10 minutes
